Hi. Just looking for input on running my ridgerunner high rise single 4 intake on a 350. the motor is a 1971 - 270 h.p. 350 . has a mild street cam, original iron heads and 1-5/8 fenderwell headers. So im guessing Im in the 290-315 h.p. area. I have a 650 carb but could go with a larger cfm carb. vehicle weight will be 2500-2650 lbs depending on what I put on or take off. this is not my dream combination but it is what i have to get my car going for now. Thank you..........

Don't know what a ridgerunner is, open plenum high rise tunnel ram ?, if so, the engine will run with it but not too well. Intake power band is gonna be 4-8000, the mild cam wants to make power down low. You'll have a better driving car with a dual plane performer style intake.

Use it! You'll be different than everyone else, and they probably won't have any real idea just what you have................the forerunner of ALL m*** produced, tunnel ram intakes. Butch/56sedandelivery.
