Hi. Just looking for input on running my ridgerunner high rise single 4 intake on a 350. the motor is a 1971 - 270 h.p. 350 . has a mild street cam, original iron heads and 1-5/8 fenderwell headers. So im guessing Im in the 290-315 h.p. area. I have a 650 carb but could go with a larger cfm carb. vehicle weight will be 2500-2650 lbs depending on what I put on or take off. this is not my dream combination but it is what i have to get my car going for now. Thank you..........

Don't know what a ridgerunner is, open plenum high rise tunnel ram ?, if so, the engine will run with it but not too well. Intake power band is gonna be 4-8000, the mild cam wants to make power down low. You'll have a better driving car with a dual plane performer style intake.

Use it! You'll be different than everyone else, and they probably won't have any real idea just what you have................the forerunner of ALL mass produced, tunnel ram intakes. Butch/56sedandelivery.
