hi,go to www.nsra.org.uk join forum ask the same question sure youll find out whats what at hemsby, phil.
Or try rods and sods forum as a lot of their members go as well . I live 20 miles from it but never been . There is accommodation on site .
Here's a link to RnS. http://www.rodsnsods.co.uk/forum/. There will be plenty of help there. Charlie.
We are keen NSRA members in NZ. But try to find our NSRA UK events , particularly info about Hemsby we drew a blank.
Hemsby is NOT an NSRA event....its a Rock n Roll weekend...like Viva Las Vegas....Tom Ingram used to run Hemsby before moving Stateside & doing VLV. Its a weekend long music event, with some hot rods & kustoms. If you want music & cars, go to VLV or better yet...The Lone Star Roundup in Texas
Yes know its not NSRA , we are in NSRA NZ, so perhaps thought NSRA UK may help, Yes have been to VLV a more than a few times and had a blast , have good buddies in Austin TX and really enjoyed the roundup a few times too. But now have a daughter in Europe so would like to sample something similar in the UK, so any help would be really appreciated. B]
http://www.hemsbyrocknroll.co.uk/ I just typed hemsby rock nrollweekender into google..... http://www.hotrodhayride.com/home.html..... Try this .if it better suits your I hope you have a great time while you are over here...
hembsy is more about the rockabilly bands then the cars, . it depends what you like, if you like music then it is good as its 3 days worth, but if you want to see cars then i would recommend the hotrod hayride. we used to go to hembsy as it was close and meet up with friends and listen to some good bands. also we used to have friends that would go to the rockabilly rave, which is similar to hembsy. hope this helps you.
