Hubcap help

I was wanting to put some old mooneyes bullets to a set of old dog dish hubcaps I have. Does Antony know an easy way to find the dead center of the hubcaps?

put the hubcap on the jacked up front wheel and spin the wheel....should be easy enough to mark the center...
