im new here cause i just purchased a 2 door 1950 plymouth deluxe, if anybody has photos or ideas on how to make this thing slick, i should would appreciate it.
The 50 Plymouth is the only car you have that would be of interest to us. Best not to mention the Mustang....ever. Your question is so vague that an answer would take many hours of discussion. Not going to find that here. If you don't have a vision for the car, how can we? I recommend not doing anything to it for a while. Sit back and read, view, other cars of that type. When you see something that makes your ******s hard, go do it. Don't be afraid to use your imagination, but stay traditional. Again, relax, read, digest before you do anything.
ive been doing a lot of research on it and i have gotten some ideas but cant decide how far i want to go with it. right now i'm keeping stock and trying to get it running but i keeps cutting off every time i give it any throttle. i'm guessing it is the carb.
Excellent plan. Go slow. In the beginning, don't do anything that you can't undo easily. Keep reading, learning, looking, lurking and digest it all. A 50 Plymouth is a nice car and has potential to become a neat street vehicle. Keep us updated on your project.
