Hello..... hope someone here can tell me what kinda' wheels these are..... I was told they are off a Thunderbird, but I dunno....... I know they will fit a small Dodge bolt pattern......... any ideas? Thanks in advance.........
for some reason i want to say these are off of a chrysler.....though a buddy had a lincoln that had them too ....mid 70's vintage.....all they need is a knock off with a wing nut....just not sure if it will cover the outer holes.....been looking for some off and on .....to use as temporarys til we can find a pair of 15x4.5 mag hal no windows............6 years and still looking.......hah brandon
Cool...thanks guys...... ya'll think they are worth anything? ...I thought they where pretty cool lookin', but I don't have anything they'll fit........ I got a pair of them...... both in good shape.
I dunno what the backspace is...... I can find out for ya tomorrow though...... you interested in em bro? ...oh yeah...I think that's right...... 5X4 1/2..... they came off of a Dodge Dart...... small dodge pattern......
Yes I'm interested in them. They have a misfit quality to them. I need a 2" backspace though,to fit the A. BTW are they 15"? Thanks Sparkles
I think they are 14"........ I'll check for sure tomorrow....... I only have 2.... if you can use em.... I'll hook you up bro!!!!
Hey Sparkles.... I'm at work now and measured the wheels....... I was wrong..... they ARE 15"s...... 4 1/4 backspace........I believe these are Lincoln wheels........lemme know if you still want em...... I only got 2!!!
They are optional wheels for the Mid 70's Mk IV Lincolns and The big T bird of the same era. They have a turbine cap that fits in the middle. Check the bolt circle this may be 5.5 inch circle not 4.5. Stu
Never mind DUH! If they fit Dodge then the must be later wheels with 4.5 inch..... As you were. I'll just go back to my glue sniffing....
Thanks for checkin' Seamonkey. They will hit the body on the A. I am looking for some wheels,to mount short slicks for dragging.Sparkee
Hmmm... same wheels? (they're not, but it might give you a little idea what they'd look like on a rod)
