Hi everyone, I'm Mike from Odenville, AL, which is about 20 miles east of Birmingham. I own a 1955 Chevy 2-door sedan with a 235 Inline 6 that I'm currently hopping up just a little. Plus, I'm trying to keep the car as traditional as possible, so no major surgeries are planned. Anyway, I've been combing the boards for a while and thought I'd ought to join, because there is a wealth of knowledge on here. I promise to search the boards for old topics and try not to ask too many stupid questions. Maybe I'll even answer a couple of questions if anyone needs help, but it looks like there's plenty of people on here who've forgotten much more than I'll ever know. I tend to learn much more by listening and valuing others' opinions, so you won't find me starting any ******* contests. My goal is to keep my ol' 55 running for many years to come and perhaps even making a friend or two along the way. Thanks! Mike
Hey, welcome to the HAMB! Sounds like you have a good handle on things here already - we try to keep the drama (******* contests) at a minimum, and focus on the cars and tech info instead. Later, *****6
Welcome Mike, I'm just up the road in Vincent. I work in Trussville so I drive up 174 all the time. Happy motoring!
