Hi I am looking at a 50 ford 2 dr sedan very clean body and interior, good chrome needs a wiring harness. They are asking 6500 is this a good price?
Look at the floor and rockers. They had rust issues also in the trunk area. If its not to bad, that's not a bad price. Sheet metal can be EXPENSIVE and envolved. Iceman
Good price for a stock, unmolested car. With any older vehicle get underneath and check for corrosion or to see what kind of work might have been done to it. Get a second pair of critical eyes to look at car with you, often they will see something else you may miss while admiring the decent chrome and other attributes.
It's very clear that you are new to old Fords and have not been shopping very long. That car would be living at my address already and Rhode Island Wireing would have my New replacement stock Wireing harness on it's way. The Wizzard
Looks like a nice car. As with any purchase make sure it's good mechanically and not full of bondo Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
by the appearance "if that's the shoebox" then by all means it's a good buy.. looks like it's had a resto the past decade or less or been in a time capsule.. most buy these cars with little to nothing to work with... if you don't pick it up, someone else is on the way.. if floors needs replacing, those parts are available ... I like the color of her.. Fellow shoebox owner...
