I have a Rochester 2G with a small crack in the float bowl under the accelerator pump. I cleaned it, tried Loc***e Epoxy, let it sit 24 hrs. and it still seeps gas. Any idea how to seal this? Thanks

I have a couple small carb bodies if you need one.

  4. What's a 2G carb core go for on eBay? $10 tops plus shipping?

First, this carb is for '66 Pontiac tri power and is not that easy to find. Been watching for months on Ebay for this specific one with no luck. Second, in 1966 GM did not number the carbs so can't just match up to this tripower from anything. Sometimes things aren't as easy as they would seem.
    Thanks.

Thanks, rustynewyorker. This is the end carb for a '66 Pontiac tri power. It is a little harder to find than you might think. If there's any chance you might have one that would fit, would love to hear from you - please send pictures. This carb has a larger bowl than most.

  7. Sorry man, I don't have ESP, unless you count the sports network on my cable TV.

Some guys swear by JB weld, maybe try that - all I got.

They aren't difficult to find, but you don't find them on ebay for $10.
