    Man, I would have been so stoked as a kid to be picked up in a rod like that. My dad used to drive me to school in his '71 340 Duster and I thought I was hot shit. I remember burning my ass and legs on the vinyl seats in the summer. Your kid is a lucky dude!

    Yeah....drove to work then up to Marshall's.....picked up my son from school a couple times too, which is the best 'cause the other parents are like "WTF?" but all the kids love it...haha...
    Got a few "bugs" to work out....nothing major....just little crap...like a radiator leak and front shocks....

    Super cool T,dose need a grill of some type;
    You could make your own grill mostly for free,I have idea I'll show,but I'd try and drop down the rad somehow for any shell. Like maybe lay rad back at angle inside a wide design like this one
    This one could be just fabbed up, to what ever size and is a Packard grill design I always liked.:D Looking at the top down in pic,but all the shapes are fairly EZ bend and weld,then add some type of mesh as a grill filler/stonescreen. There are a lot of cool shapes you could make for just doing it,and best part is no one would have the same thing.:cool: I have seen some bad home made also,but it's a lot to do with the art eye of builder.

    Packard grill as made,but you sure don't need one that high or even the real size at all,just a style design.. See how layed back and wide,a good looking speedy grill design. But to look rite size and angle need to be just right,sae as any design you come up with.
    A real Packard grill would super high $ I think,.
