Okay, what does this go to?

I grabbed this when I got the skirts and that grille thing, because it was marked '49 Chevy, although it didn't look right to me.

Looking at pictures to verify, it's clearly not '49-'50 car, and it's not '47-'54 truck either. I've had a 46-8 Chevy apron here before and it's not that either. Judging by the point and the holes, it's for a car with a divided grille.

All I can think of off the top of my head with a grille shape like this is 46-48 Plymouth.

Any ideas?

Filler panel between bumper and body... Not sure if its front or rear... But only thing I could figure

 

Sure looks like the gravel pan that goes below the grille, to me.

My guess was fairly close, it's '49 Plymouth, judging by the one in this ad.

 

Not '51-'52 chevy either -not front NOR rear.
