We lost a very close and dear friend this week. Torr Skoog was like no other, he was a stand up guy that always kept his word. He was a true hot rodder and the catalyst of our club, but most importantly Torr was a loyal friend. RIP Torr Gone but not forgotten. Pete-
I was real sorry to hear the news Pete. I'm sure he's in a better place. My sympathies to all that were close to him.
Pete, Thanks for posting this. Even though I had only known Torr for a handful of years his personality, passion, and uniqueness made it feel like we were childhood friends. He never had a bad thing to say and was always overly complementary. All of Torr's friends and family will be in our thoughts and prayers....
Having been faced with this a couple of weeks ago with my friend Randy I can sympathize with you,,,RIP. HRP
Man, that sucks big time. My sympathies go out to his family and friends. He's surely in a better place.
I will miss Torr. Some of the crazy conversations that had no rhyme nor reason, talking some history, and plans for the future. So sad it ended so soon, too young to go... He will be missed. Godspeed my friend.
I've kept this on my cowl for 2 years though now it's almost completely faded...not sure why I kept it all this time...just felt honored to have such a great friend. Torr, I miss you dearly my blood brother. And I promise to do you proud.
Met him once at the Alter boys show at Ralphs years ago. cool guy for sure! sorry for the loss of your friend. RIP Torr!
Mark, that is making me laugh. Thank you! Here's the instigator, circa 2000 about 2-3 weeks before the Road Agents show:
RIP Torr , the most influencial person in my life for more than a decade, a true friend and inspiration. SHANE
