I'm familiar with this altered wheelbase '65 Dodge owned by the late David Heath and Norman Hall of Owensboro, KY. Car was delivered to Joe Arvin's Western Dodge in Owensboro and was a fabricated, rather than factory original AWB. Note the Dodge van straight axle. Car was originally all gray with crossed American and confederate flags and the Kentucky Colonel name on it. Ran quite well and put on excellent wheelstand "shows" at the local 1/8 mi. strip. Evidently was later sold to Spivey Williams in Bowling Green and he must have done the engine setback. Sat in storage for many years and who knows where it is today. Can remember hanging out at the Dodge dealership garage when they were preparing it for its inaugural Saturday night outing. Thanks to www.olddrags.com for the pic
