This is for a single 4 barrel off of a 1964 thunderbird. A friend has it and wants to sell it, but doesn't how to price it. Any help would be great.

  3. Adam,
Would the thunderhawk be any different than the galaxie? Just a question.
I wouldn't think that unless you were a restorer that it would be worh that much, maybe 25 or 30 dollars?

Ok posted pic while I was writting, they actually put on that resembled that one on a galaxie. I was thinking round friend. That one is probably worth a franklin easy.

Adam, something doesn't look quite right with your friends breather. T-Bird emblem looks too large. Any chance it is a clone?

the OEM t-bird air filter housings were not wrinkled painted and the fins in the actually left a pattern that resembled the emblem (hard to describe, even with my extensive vocabulary), and the actual emblem - as was already pointed out - was much smaller than the one you're looking at. How many holes in the base? T-birds with that oval housing were all tripower lowrise intakes, and were only available for a couple of years in the early 60s.
