Nailhead oil filter adapter

Has anyone used one of these?

I am thinking about buying one for my '57 Buick with a 364 Nailhead but want to know if they are junk first.

Never used one and don't plan on it. Got a stock 364 spin on filter adapter from Owens. Bob has very fair prices. Think I spent $10 each. Look him up under vendors/parts/service. Hambers get 10% off when you mention membership.

I had one on my 322 and I have one on my Pontiac motor. Work great with no problems. Just follow the instruction on installation. Its the same adaptor as this http://webpages.charter.net/dhomstad/ might even be the same person
