You ****! I was supposed to find that! Great find! Its good to find those deals once in awhile to keep the Gearhead juices flowing.
The Minneapolis / St.Paul area is such a mix of Old and New, the stuff that pops up never ceases to amaze me.....
Damn I haven't found anything interesting at a garage sale for so long. Hasn't stopped me looking tho sent via smoke signal
The strangest part, was I had NO intention on stopping at this sale, had gone to a friends house to give him some money, he wasn't home, so on my way out, the sign caught my eye, turned left instead of right, and there is was.....or course, if my friend had been home, the money spent would have gone to him and I couldn't have bought it.........The Garage Sales Gods Were On MY Side
Gongrats man, those round cans are really tough to find and when you do see them they're usually beat to hell. That's one of the cleanest ones I've ever seen.
Ya know I would, but for some reason, no one else does on here, I have read 100's of posts, about finding this or that, and NO ONE seems to say what they actually paid for it, don't know if it is because they are scared to let others know what they spend, or ?????????? The can wasn't a $10 deal, but I felt it was well below market value, if there is such a thing... I can't afford to keep it, like most of the stuff I find...this is part of making a living (if you can call it that) so it will be sold....already on Ebay, with a STUPID price on it.....just hoping someone will make me a decent offer. If it doesn't sell this week, it will be at Back To The 50's Swap next Sunday.....
