all you dull lite 6v guys....here's a 3rd brake light I just put on my 40 merc and works great....it's called "the brakelighter" j&l enterprises in ellington,ct. it comes with easy dumb proof instructions. this is a must have.

Amen to that brother! I have one in my 46 coupe and it certainly helps in backing off the tailgating *** clowns. It is LED and if you are running turn signals, you can wire it to where either the left or right side will flash while the opposite side maintains a steady brake light when you press the pedal.
