Yip I agree that you definatly have to use period correct water but it won't be any use unless you use a period correct wash brush and a period correct hose. Anything less than using these 3 items together could seriously damage the original paint work, I wouldn't risk it myself!!

Went over with hand mitten, leaf blew it, then I rubbed down with micro fiber. I going to hit her with some carnuba and I put a pic up.
