Found on my recently-purchased '47 Coupe.... All the side trim is shaped like this. No 'peak' like the 47-48 trim, no ribs like the 46. Sort of a rounded half-teardrop shape. Width is 1 3/8". The only 'identifying' marks are these two 'reliefs' at the front of the hood trim.... They fit the body fine, the piece on the quarter panel is obviously shaped to the car. But I'm missing the two cowl pieces, need to know what I'm looking for if possible... TIA!
The bottom pic is 47 hood trim.In 48 it was all smooth.That was the only place it had "ribs". Very few differences between 47 & 48
