Chrysler 360 timing gear removal?

I'm replacing the timing chain on a 360 but can't seem to get the timing gear off. Do I need a puller? I was just pulling on it using my hands. Thanks guys.

 

You shouldnt...after you take of fuel pump eccentic a little tap and they usually come right off

 

Thank you. I tried tapping lightly on them, I just didn't want to start really whacking on them, they are on there tight though.
