My dad had a nice mild custom 52 olds for a couple of months until the engine caught fire. He never had a picture of it, so I am hoping a pic might be out there some where. The description I got: Car was purple, very low with black tuck n roll. Also had dragons painted along dash blowing fire around clock. This would of been early 60's around Tacoma WA. Any help would be appreciated!
Nicest one I've EVER seen was built by Joe Manieri, for Joel Scheipe. Pearl orange/pink. Done in about 1990, now owned by a guy named Scott, who was driving it everywhere. Try a search...I'm at work now & can't spend the time!
NONAME I don't think I have seen your car before, and I am not trying to hijack the thread here. Ya got any more pics of it? maybe in an album? I would like to get a closer look at it friend. well BOT Chadillac, that olds is cool friend. Very tasty.
Ok, so I checked google for any pics and came up empty. Good news is I got some more info. The olds supposedly was a socal show car in the 50's, it was originally painted pearl white with gold scallops. It had apparently beautiful chromed out 56 olds motor. Black tuck and dragons blowing fire around the clock in the center of dash. I hope someone out there has a picture of this car, I grew up day dreaming bout what it must have looked like. Again my dad would of owned it round 1961 or 62. Tacoma WA. area.
