I have android app just updated it now I can't get singed in what's up

 

Anyone having a problem logging on the android app? please help tried to restart phone uninstalled the app reinstalled it. I have a Samsung 3s if it matters.

 

Help I can't get android app to work. I can not login for some reson I have uninstalled it and installed it several times what am I doin wrong.

 

I'm having the same problem on my iPhone.

 

My toaster as well.

 

Mine says:

System Message

You have entered an invalid
username or p***word. Please
press the back ****on, enter the
correct details and try again. Don't
forget that the p***word is case
sensitive.

 

No error message when I try to login I put user name and p***word in and hit submit and it blinks the the page but doesn't log me in. It worked before I updated. My android version is 4.1.1

 

Ryan just checked for an software update they say my device is up to date

I'm having a helluva time logging in as well. Even changed my p***word thinking i forgot it and it won't let me put a space between Speed and Gems

 

Not sure what's happened I have tried everything that I can think of I believe it's something with the app. No problems with old version.

 

Sounds like your problem is phone related. Thus, I'm guessing you wont get an answer here.
