  6. Try "Woodward steering" (Racor) out of Casper, Wyoming. www.woodwardsteering.com. They make their own components and are very high quality. Prices are decent to. I've ordered many times from them and never had an issue. Lot less $$ then Borgeson.

Thanks, i just checked them all out. Speedway seems to be the most affordable followed by woodward. I think it may come down to who has the best return policy because i'm gonna need to pull off some voodoo to get this setup right. Then again it never hurts to have a stockpile of random parts for the next build.
Thanks again, its always great finding out about more vendors.

I just replaced my Borgeson u-joints with Sweet Mfg. ones from Speedway. I needed just a little extra clearance and the new ones are slightly smaller than the old ones. Anyone have any opinions on Sweet Mfg. joints?

We've used a lot of steering parts from Speedway and haven't been disappointed yet. Their return policy is super liberal, which you mention as being important in this instance.

Thanks Don and fatkoop. Space is a huge concern with that narrow studebaker frame and a SBC.
