Hi guys, I need a few pictures of a 1932 ford for the DMV. The car needs to be fairly beat up and older looking and a coupe. Can anyone help? E-mail or call me at ajtorsiello@verizon.net or 908-451-1627. Thanks, Alan
how many do you need? http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=32+ford+coupes+images&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
What I need is dead on front view and a dead on side view. If you have a 32 that doesn't look like a show winner, that's what I need. Alan
Many states require photos of the cars people are trying to register....Minnesota for example, when you go through the bonding process, look at these photos, so they can estimate the market value of your car, then they tax you on that value...HENCE..wanting photos of a sort of beat up project, will get you a title for much less money then the finished product....Also..many states have a their "Special List" of High Value Automobiles, Minnesota has one....so when you tell them, you bought a 1932 roadster from Farmer Fred who can't seem to find the paper work...for $100...they know you might be fibbing..!!!!!!! Many folks have learned the hard way, after years of working on their car, and dumping many many dollars into it....THEN trying to get the title....DO IT UP FRONT... I no longer put any money into a car that I don't have a title for....Then again. this is just my opinion !!!!
I didn't know everyone on this site were so honest, I guess no one here ever did anything shady. By the way. I'm not trying to do anything shady ir illigal. What I'm trying to do is use the pictures to transfer a title of a car I own but didn't title. Now the car is apart and I found out that if I don't title it I will have to pay a fine when I do it later. And yes I don't want a picture of a high dollar show car, that way I won't have to pay a fortune in sales tax. So does anyone have a car they can take some pictures of for me? Alan
So you want to show the dmv a picture of "one just like this"? I'm not in Jersey, and I totally don't understand what you want the picture for.
You wrote... "I didn't know everyone on this site were so honest, I guess no one here ever did anything shady". Are you nuts? You post some BS that is quite obviously shady and then get your knickers in a twist because you are upset that we won't assist? I think that the H.A.M.B. is definitely not the group for you.
Not shady or illegal? Falsely representing a car you do not own as yours, not sure what they call that in your state but here in Indiana you could get some free room and board from the state.
It is fact that Wisconsin Department of Transportation personnel lurk on this site and other car interest sites. I would expect other states DOT personnel do the same. This type of "phony picture" bs isn't new but, DOT personnel will enjoy seeing this guy's post. Curt R
Just pay what you owe. Money for a deuce project and a few other cars and trying to save a few bucks?
hmmmm.... so you're trying to defraud your state's motor vehicle department. and you're now on public record for attempting to do so. awesome. the HAMB has a pretty strict policy against looking for advice, aid or abetment of such, so i would expect a thread lock, deletion or ban.
