What is the best method for installing inner and outer rockers? I don't have tons of experience thats why I'm asking questions. Thanks guys

Blast the car, or at least the area first. Drill out the factory spot welds. Remove the damaged parts. Blast any remaining rust found after dis***embly. Epoxy prime the inside of the replacement parts within 1/2" of the weld sites. Apply weld thru primer to the mating flanges. Replace factory spot welds with MIG plug welds, or resistance spot welds. Apply body wax to the inside of the finished rocker. With a few variations this is the procedure for most body parts that were resistance spot welded from the factory.
I did like u said Tinbuilder. I removed the old rockers. I replaced the inner with the metal.And welded its just curious about how the outer rocker should look? Does anyone have a pic of rocker before carpet?
