Torque specs for an 8BA with aluminum heads?

I used to know what torque setting to use on spark plugs for aluminum heads but I've forgotten. Anybody know?

Aluminum heads with 14mm = 18-22 lb. ft.... with antiseize on threads

Aluminum heads with 14mm = 20-24 lb. ft

 

Thanks. I was thinking 20-25 ft/lbs. And anti seize is a given with aluminum.
