Rumble in the Stalks 2013

I'll be heading down Friday afternoon or early Saturday morning. Can'nt wait to watch the drags and a lot of nice cars to !!!!!

 

gates open up tomorrow at 8 am so come out early an get a good camping spot close to all the action

 

Gates open at 8am tommorw for all yawl folks that wanna get a prime camping spot...first come first severed...so show up early an stay the weekend...burn outs, drag racing, burlesque, live bands, FREE BEER, motorcycle stunt show, all types of vendors an swap,plus Tony Loco will be there broadcasting live 3-5 an I hear rumors there going to let me dukes of hazzard the vintage sound car thru the grounds at Conesville Drags ...what more could u want? An don't forget the artist an silent auction....ALL PROCEEDS GO TO WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT TO PURCHASE A TRACKED WHEEL CHAIR FOR A VERTRAN...SO PLEASE GIVE BIG WHEN U COME OUT!

 

Whats the cost for spectators ?

Where are you at from Independence/Waterloo? I am going to the QCAS this weekend, but I have plans to go to the September event.

 

Shows $20 to get in no cost to drag race, Its about 35-45 miles south of Iowa city.Heading down there in about an hour!

 

Had one Hell of a time in Conesville, IOWA!!! Got 2 of my cars pinstriped by Hetz, saw a lot of good old drag racing, pretty girls and met a lot of new freinds!!! Thanks to Possum and the KingPins for a good time, see you in September!!!!

http://rumbleinthestalks.com/ yeah it is a show for everyone to come an cut loose an just have fun ... its not a traditional show in the new skool sense of the word but it is complete traditional when your talking about the values.... its about family, friends, kool cars of all kinds, racing and just having a fun safe time with the whole family... iam pretty sure that is what a traditional lifestyle was... not all this other non sense it has grown into

racing Friday evening open to all plus music then more racing all day Saturday with the car show right off of the dragstrip

 

Whats the better night to camp and see the bands/ Friday night or Saturday night?

 

prolly Saturday night would be my opinion ... but both nights hav music an racing fun... car show starts Saturday at 9am
