Any bosy have and build threads or photos or trucks out there bagged on beams any help would be awesome thanks
bagged twin I beams are a HORRIBLE idea. because of the way they swing the camber changes drastically as the suspension cycles. If you align it for static height and then drop it to the ground the front tires will lean in so much the thing will look broken - like the dumb kids slamming swing axle VW's. And if you align it for when it's down it will have too much Positive camber when it is lifter to ride height and will be very squirrely to drive. this is a member here's truck and no disrespect to him, but it looks stupid like this, and I think he had a lot of problems with this as well
Don that pic is not a good reference, first it's not twin I beam, and second that was the first frontend a "Professional" shop put on it and they tore it all out and redid it and did it right the second time.
oops my bad - it was only google search under Twin I beam! But it still shows what will happen to camber on a dropped twin I beam
You'd have to put drop beams on and live with it. I put a set on a 94 I bought cheap for the kid, worst suspension setup I've ever seen.
Twin I beams are a bit later than the focus of this websight anyway. There ahd got to be a later specific sight for them. I logged lots of miles on twin I beam trucks as a kid and wouldn't even drive one down the street today, more or less "bagged"... Terrible design!
