Well damn, we got tickets and reservations to the RoadRocket show in Indy same weekend. Had we known earlier. Rats.

 

Looks like a good time and it's not too far away, hopefully I can make it!

Just wanted to bump this up, anyone goin? We're heading up tonight after work.

 

Went up Friday, no one knew about the show in town when we asked and then when we showed up there was only about 15 cars there (didn't realize it was an all year type of show because two of em were like 97 Corvettes gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay). Saw some cars crusin around town but no signs around town about the show or anything either. We drove by once around 6:30, decided to grab a bite to eat and go back later to see if anyone else showed up. Went back by around 8pm and looked about the same amount of cars so we just turned around and headed home. Didn't want to pay the money to get in and see only a few cars that I could see from the road. ****s because I was hoping it would bring a bigger crowd. Maybe because its the same weekend as the Road Rockets show in Indy? Did anyone have any luck on Saturday? How was it?

 

Maybe 40 cars. Some pretty cool. Rain set in which wasn't in the forecast. We hung out for a while but left cause rain was persistent ****s. Thought it would be a good time. Everything has to start somewhere. Maybe better next year? Indy deal hurt it no doubt. We killed ourselves getting4 cars and a bike ready. 5 nights work for three hours at the rumble
