Hey Brog, How did your trip out west go? Or has that even happened yet? I'm envious. By the way, I really like the seat risers. Way Cool! They somewhat remind me of what you would have seen on a bus from the 50s or 60s. Keep up the good work.

Had the opportunity to swap to a 56 cab. Sold the 53 and got a 56 cab off a dumptruck 600 series. I did it because the 56 has been always been my dream truck, I figured if I'm gonna put all the work in I might as well be building something I truly loved, the 53 was just to get my feet wet so to speak. Here's the new cab that's gonna go right on the build's original frame.

Here's the f100 that sits outside Clarke County Speed that sparked my 56 f100 interest long ago. The build may go in this direction...

Hell yeah man I'm down. Yours is too.

Also frame is getting sandblasted next week when I'm off school. Gonna finish welding, put back in the mid-crossmember that most people remove, and paint it with por-15.

This build ain't dead! Frame is going out to get blasted and custom dolly is being built to roll the cab around the shop for metal work.

Dad bought me some Cragar's as a 6 month late birthday present though...

I like what you are doing. Mine was pretty hacked up when I got it. If you still have your 55 grill I have a 54. I can't seem to find a deacent 55 grill anywhere. :)

My man Sanjay Heera did this rendering for me. Told him every little detail and part and he captured it on paper. Here is my vision for the build.
