i could sure use a little help

i don t understand how this site is laid out. would like to sell my car but i have no idea how to go about listing it on your site. a few of my friends use your site for parts and cars to purchase but are no help . they try to help but over the phone is confusing . my email is douggray165@gmail.com any help would be great. thank you.
