Hi all Here I was, cruising the net looking for info on Willys Coupes and came across the fantastic story of langy's driveway build. Amazing. Many hours and 100's of pages on, I'm getting a good sense of the people here and would like to be a part of it. I've got heaps to learn, but this looks a great place to start. Cheers, Peter
Welcome from the Great Northwest. Shelton, Washington USA. The HAMB is good place to learn. Jim (55willys)
Hey there Peter, you're right, there's plenty to learn here, but lots of good people with lots of knowledge who are willing to share it. Good intro, but you didn't tell us if you have a HAMB-friendly car, or are just looking into them. Cheers.
U better duck u better take cover. Hey this goes well with the other thread. Welcome my son, welcome to the machine. Btw u ever heeard pennywise cover of that song??absolutely delightful.
I can see a legal suit happening here for the rift - Kookaburra sits on the old Gum tree. http://www.smh.com.au/news/entertainment/news/2010/02/04/1265151932344.html
Thanks dad-bud. I don't have a HAMB-friendly car at the moment, but am looking to build something over the next couple of years (optimistic?). I've reached the point of my life where I have some more time for myself and would love to spend it on a 41 Willys Coupe (probably 'gl***). cheers, Peter
