That's a straight run down I 5 and 99 so it should be fairly easy to find someone running up and down that route or close to that route fairly easily.

Now, does the vehicle run so it can be driven on and off a trailer or car hauler or does it have to be winched? That makes the biggest difference for guys who do haul rigs. If it doesn't have wheels and has to be lifted on a trailer with a fork lift that opens a brand new can of worms.
