we had American family on my 53 sedan delivery when the tree fell on it... they came looked at it and told me if I was to keep it they would write me a check for 10k minus my 500 deductible was real easy process with them! when my dads car got rearended the lady had the same insurance as us. he came looked at it said how much will it take to fix I said oh maybe on the low side 10k he wrote a check for 12k aslong as I wouldn't send in a supliment!

Actually, I rounded up the yearly premium, and yeah, they must not think they are taking much risk. When we sold the TBird, the total premium only dropped by $14.

Policy is a 300,000/100,000, 300,000/100,000 uninsured, 50,000 property, $200 roadside assistance, Towing, Spare Parts coverage of $2,000 and trip interruption coverage of $150 a day to a max of $600, $750 Pet Coverage? Full glass coverage.

    All with zero deductible.

Also has earth movement coverage, which I assume is earth quake coverage, probably not to bad an idea here in CA.

You will probably have a problem if you file a claim. Stated value isn't the same as Hagertys Agreed value. And.....if you are in even a minor fender bender State Farm will most likely total it. Had a friend go through that...thought he got a good deal until he had a problem. They totaled it gave him way less than what he thought he would get....then he had to buy it from them and fix it himself if he wanted to keep the car.

That's outstanding, sounds about as good as it gets. I'll be looking in to them in about 10 years when I get mine on the road
