32 Ford rear shock mount ideas

    Have a flattened 32 cross member, so cal ladder bars and a 9" rear. Looking for a mount to mount the lower shock mount to the axle. Probably without welding a bracket to axle tube. Any ideas? Not much area to come up through.

    If you don't want to weld lower mounts on you could probably rig up some kind of plate held on by U bolts. The plate would hold a shock stud for mounting

    These are pics if the 57 Chevy rear that was in my 32 coupe. By on lower mounts were used like I described above.
