I have a Model B 4 banger engine with a GEMSA overhead valve conversion. This head is marked "1985 No.80, Experimental Head" and "Joe Gemsa, El Monte, CA". I would like to know if there has ever been a catalog compiled of Gemsa heads or engine conversions. Or if anyone knows the history of Engine No. 80. I would appreciate any information on any of the Gemsa Engines so that I might be able to compile a comprehensive list. Please contact me at prof183@gmail.com Thank you, Jerry

Welcome to the HAMB, photos are always a welcome addition to any thread. Do you know who bought the head from Joe originally? Joe was a gifted machinest/car builder/driver. I got to see his shop back in 1973, after many letters back inforth about Ford Speed Equipment. Great guy who had a hand on a lot of famous race cars and parts. Bob
Get a hold of the guys at H&H. Senior was a student of Joe Gemsa and learned everything Joe could pack into his head
