    He lists everything but magnafluxing the block or sonic testing the cylinders. Hope he has proof it's not cracked.

    Nice. I heard that it would cost $30K for the new flatheads that were coming out.

    If you could score a new French block local ,it might be more satisfying to build your own flathead from the ground up. Shipping would sure be cheaper for parts only. Though this one looks like it has all the go fast parts. Though $1500 for distributor....

    $17,000 invested. I know a few guys for whom price is just a random number. If they like it, they can buy it without a concern. Maybe one of them wants a flathead. As for most of the rest of us, take a deep breath and hold it. We'll get back to you.

    I can see 14K as he says because he farmed a lot of the expensive stuff out.
    He took the best part off (H&C mag) and yes those go for $1500.
    A real go fast flathead can easily go 30k or more when you start using ***anium parts.
