does anyone have trouble with the app? mine sends me dozens of the same notifications of a reply to a thread im subscribed to... so i unsubscribe and it still blows my phone up with notifications.... weird..

I do, but not all the time. It's most useful for posting pictures without having to go via a third-party hosting site like Photobucket.
I'm having the same 3-4 alerts show up over and over again over the last 2 hours or so. New ones have hit in the last few minutes but I have only gotten the new ones once. I've forced the app to quit, restarted the phone and deleted & reinstalled the app. I'm heading to my office now where my ringer is off anyhow so it will only annoy me minimally for the afternoon. Other than that the app has worked great, I'm starting to use it more than safari.
I'm getting repeated notifications too. I subscribed to a new topic today and it started - topic now had 18 posts, I get notifications for those and other of today's topics too. Maybe that's a clue?
Yea im getting the same message notification every 15 minutes.... Nap time was short today.... Haha im deleting it until further notice so keep us updated please!
For the time being you can disable notifications for the hamb app only. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Same issue here. Un-installed it this morning as I didn't want it to go off at work every 10 seconds. Will try to install it again when I get home.
OK, here's the solution for the time being: Open the HAMB App, click on "More" on the bottom tool bar, click "settings", click "notification". Now, turn your notifications off... back out of the app... and then go back and turn notifications back on again. That will fix it. Now, time to figure out what went wrong.
I'm having a similar problem but instead of notifications from the app I am getting email notifications. It's been happening for over a week. It's the same email. I got 5 or 6 emails today saying the same thing.
New issue. Did as you said, Disabled the Push notifiactions. Then closed app, reopened app, and decided to leave puch notifications off. I still get Push notifications but instead of it being the ones i subscribe to, I get one every time someong post a new thread in the main forum. Ideas?
OK... This is all fixed now. All you have to do is reboot your phone. Worst case scenario, delete the app and reinstall it.
I'm wondering if there maybe an issue with my iPhone app? I don't see where I can start a thread or post an add. But I can respond with in someone's post. I'd like thin out some of my stock pile of parts that are not needed. Ps. I think the app is great other than the issue I'm seam to have. Thanks to all that make this place great!!
