That mustache does all the talking....great coverage!

I hope the driver has a quick recovery and the cool digger gets all fixed up.....scary for sure!

Just watched the video. Looks like the driver was heads up enough to realize there was a problem and figured going forward was a better option than backing it up at a high rate of speed to where there were people. Unfortunately it came around on him and hit the wall. The impact with the wall might have knocked him out, but not before saving many more people. Hats off and hoping for a quick and uneventful recovery.

Andrew, Zach and I have safely returned home to Novi, Mi. It's been one Hell of a trip to say the least. We're tired, broke and dirty and couldn't be happier about it.

Time to start compiling information for the feature story on the Jalopy Journal!

It was great meeting you guys, I really had a great time this year and that had a lot to do with the people I knew and the people I met. Also, I ran 12.47 - not my best... but I didn't break anything... and that's always good.
I, like many others, am already looking forward to next year.

Thanks a ton for the coverage, picts and article. :p Sounds like you 4 had a great trip. We've got Eagle Field on the west coast and wouldn't miss it for the world.
Glad the fed driver is ok. Nitro is not kind to the lungs. Ribs will heal. Here's hoping there's no lasting effects.:(

Me too Steve! I don't know how, but I missed it and never got to see it until Joey was looking through his pictures on Sunday night.

Man, that was a great time. Just thinking ahead; with 'rona taking over the world and then my wedding thing in July, I guess the HAMB drags will be the next trip on my itenerary. If you can make it to that, you should come a few days early and we can leave on Thursday morning. If you won't be coming for that, maybe we can plan some sort of road trip in the fall?
