I have had a thread deleted that I just started. I read all the rules and can't figure out why. Could one of you please contact me with an explaination as to why my thread on Supermodifieds from the 60s and 70s got deleted. Either here or my email which is kmeaders@q.com.

 

Probably because the Hamb is geared to traditional hot rods & customs,,not race cars.HRP

 

Seriously? I see some long threads here about midgets and sprint cars. Not much difference in my book; but I don't want to argue the point if that's the rules then I don't need to be here. Thanks.

 

Believe me,,you are not alone in have a post deleted or closed,I have had more threads axed than I can remember,you just lick your wounds and move on,,or throw your hands up and log out,,your choice! HRP

 

There was one of these threads yesterday too. Why do people come crying about it on the main board? MAN UP, and go ask the mods. They are very approchable, and will tell you why. But if you want to leave over it, dont let the door hit you in the ***, on yer way out.

 

I`m a FNG on here, but not to the car scene at all..... I don`t get the horrible at***udes that people throw around on here for asking simple questions..Let the door hit you in the ***??? really???? what the **** is that ? whole bunch of internet gangsters, bad***es etc. I bet the at***ude people put out here, doesnt carry into the street.. Last post I`m out..............

 

For a town this size there are a lot of ***holes.

 

Fairly sure it is stated that 1965 is the last year of interest here on the HAMB, it is for me, so if late model stuff from the '70's was part of the OP post it got removed. Bob
