Decided I needed another skull shift knob. Turned a shaft to go through it and bolted it on this morning. I bought it on a trip to Mexico a couple of years ago. Trying to decide, dripping blood or not.

I'd sat Nah on the dripping blood myself Gary. It always struck me as kinda weird that a white bleached skull would have anything in it that would supply enough blood to drip... But then we know me to be way to ****ytical...

That always struck me the same way. Probably enough as it is.

    I vote no blood.

However I think it needs something. A red bandanna folded and tied in back, slightly covering the top of the eye sockets, biker-style, would IMO, be bad***ed. Take the focus off that ****on on the top.

A red paisley one for a doll would have a scaled-down pattern and IMO break up all that white, and tie it in to the paint. A little glue gun here and there would hold it in place.

LOL. I'm a stickler for details so I'd probably cut it down and sew the edges, but yeah, that's the idea.

Of course you could be poking fun at me but that's okay, too.

I know I'm a nutcase so no harm done.

We already put enough blood into these cars, so no more is needed.

Well we are even. I'm sure you were making a little fun of me with your sarcasm. If we can't poke a little fun at each other it would be a pretty dull thread.

Hilarious. There was no sarcasm. I was totally serious.

But maybe it's better this way. We wouldn't want people to ignore your totally *****in' bucket and comment only on the outrageous vato shift knob now would we?

    That's sarcasm :D

If your going to add spider webs too, you may as well add a fake stuffed rat somewhere to complete the look. If thats too much on the dark side perhaps a crybaby doll?:D

No on the blood (real or fake), spider webs, cob webs, "truck nutz" hanging off the back of the car, etc. Sometimes, less is more. My two bhat.

Believe me I have dripped plenty of my blood on this car since I started the build in '79 and wiped some cob webs off in the spring. Less is more is my motto.

  29. Of course it needs blood.
