hi . I bought a farm vehicle ,it was turned into a 4x4 ...body in good condition ,chassis is rusted .and the stance is too high
That is kind of a vague question, but there is tons of info here on the H.A.M.B. on doing both Jag front and rear ends. Just hit the search function and type in Jag front end, or jag rear end and you will find hours of reading ahead. Most I can think of are under F-1 Fords or F-100 fords, but believe it or not, your Chevy truck will be very similar to do. Basically you'll take out the original suspension, roll the Jag stuff under, center it up and make mounts to put it in place. Not too hard.
tnx for the info . would you know the actual model that I have , it has a split windshield and the bullet nose cone . I do not find this model on any of the chevy sites , they all have a one piece curved glass
Might just be different because of the part of the world you are in, or it could be an earlier cab that they used to repair a '54 truck or vices versa. Heck, could be someone didn't like their one piece windshield or found it to expensive to replace so they had it backdated. I have a '55 first series myself, that I have owned for the better part of 4 years and still don't have home yet, but mine is missing it's windshield and I am seriously thinking of going with the split type.
