Got brave this weekend on getting the DEEP rust off.
Used an alternate to Muriatic Acid acid treatment called ACID MAGIC with a lot of scrubbing and then washed with baking soda rinse and washed again, worked good.
Then when dry and clean I went over with GIBBS to protect.
    It worked!!!
The body will need more work, but for now it is a whole lot better.

That looks like it did a pretty good job. I'd hate to think of how many hours of scrubbing my Model A body would take to get it to that point though.

How about some more details on this stuff and the process you used.
Where do you buy it, etc. etc.

Got "Acid Magic"at my local hardware store, 5 bucks for small one quart size, Did half car, Its about 31% Acid, Dilute with water and spray mist on and let sit and then with rubber gloves use a scrubby and scrub!!!
Sill use in well vented area!!, Washed off with water and baking soda and then dry surface real well. Let sit and then wash again.
Then let sit and dry, and then treated surface with GIBBS.
Got the deep rust off off metal!
