I recently purchased a 35 Ford Coupe bone stock. I would like to drop the front 5" and the back 3 to 3-1/2". I don't want to spit the wishbones at this time. For the front the spring eye perches are 36-1/2" with a 2" Perch Boss. I want a 4" dropped axle and I figued on using a revers eye spring to get another 1" to 1-1/2". Most every thing I read says I have to use 37-40 wishbones with 2-1/4" perch boss. It looks like the Magnum 2850 would work but I was hoping to get maybe a 47" king pin to king pin center. Any suggestions would be appreciated and possibly where to purchase.

As for the back does anyone make a revers eye spring? What is the best way to get the back down using the stock cross spring?

You don't get 4 more inches of drop compared to stock, with a 4 inch dropped axle. The term 4" comes from 4" of total drop, including the amount of drop in the stock ford axle.

You will only get 1" from reversing the eyes.

Find someone to drop the Ford axle, and bend the steering arms at the same time.

I realize that the original axle is about 2-1/2" drop and the reverse eye without taking any leaves out is about 1".
    Any other suggestions?
