I have searched here, on the web, called Speedway, Summit and Jegs. The only deep groove pulleys I can find are the high dollar ones made by March. I really don't want aluminum as they wouldn't look right on the car. Moroso makes a crank pulley, but none for the water pump. What are other people using for high rpm motors? Thanks!

In 1969, the Z28 became a long water pump SBC with deep groove pulleys: 3956668 was the two groove crank, 3932456 was the single groove water pump pulley, 3941105 was the single groove PS pulley and 1970831 was the single groove alt pulley. They are all repop'd for less crazy money than originals, see item 271148609542 on that auction site for a full set. Of course, if you need a different groove config, you are back to the aftermarket. I also like the cnc machined pulleys from these guys; www.cvfracing.com They are USA made and if you painted or coated the crank and wp pulleys theywould look like stockers. I don't know how deep the grooves are but they are going to run so true that the belt won't go anywhere.
