my buddy Dan is planning on putting his 40 Ford pickemup into one color of primer. well, i thought it would be cool if i could get some of you photoshop geniuses to put some ideas down for me to show him. one idea i had off the top of my head was to do a dark grey primer with flat white SoCal style scallops on the front. maybe a speed shop logo on the doors too. something like "Turner's Speed Shop" or "Turner's auto salvage" something along those lines. i'm open to other ideas to so lets see em. he's not too into flames and it must be primer. his favorite thing about this truck is that he does'nt have to babysit it. i appreciate anyone who is willing to help out here. thanks...
I'll hit this one tonite, Mike! are we talking basic (grey black brown) primers, or maybe some tinted primer fun???
well. heres a couple quickies... may revisit this one some more later this weekend... personally, i wouldnt change a THING about that truck. the chop is just so righteous and the "calico" paint is just icing on the cake... but thats just my .02
heres a couple plain primer jobs (one red oxide-ish and one black), in case someone else wants to play...
Sometimes you realize that Makers Mark and the HAMB just don't mix well at 12:45 on a Friday night.... Shit! Time for bed... hc
LOL!!!! great stuff fellas. any other takers? ideas? i'd kinda like to see some small scallops just behind the wheels on the fenders. i guess with that a cool logo on the door would be just right.
Old guy like computers because you don't have to clean the gun. Here's my idea. I know he doesn't like flames, but I do.
