Roadster at the Meltdown

    Hey guys, was wondering if by chance anyone got a pic of my roadster at the track Sat. or Sun.? It was the red with white scallop '27 roadster. Didn't get a pic of it. Thanks.

    Yes there I am, getting ready for my first run ever down the drag strip. Thanks Big Vic and Johnny Boy for taking and posting the pic.

    Yeah, I gave him 2 car lengths!!! LOL No getting ready to go in the staging lanes. There was 2 rails beside us that went first. They stage the cars front to back.

    Your probably right. At 85 she sometimes likes to start folding back.

    Word to the wise. Went to the local hometown car show last weekend. Was washing the roadster from the Meltdown. Went to wash the race numbers off the side of the the car and could still see the dull haze of the numbers. Had to do some buffing to get them completely off. Not blaming anyone, it was my fault for having them talk me into putting the numbers on the side of he car. Just don't want anyone to go down the same road I did.

    Well after some deep thought I decided to take my roadster to work an park it out front of the shop with a for sale sign on it. Hopefully I'll get some takers.

    Roadsters are fun at any speed!:D
