Took my newest ride for a maiden run tonight to get beer

    Traded a shoebox ford parts car and some labor helping to paint a 56 ford for this.

    We took it for a run to get beer down the road it was a blast. Got some interesting reactions. Here is a video from the parking lot

    Ha ha no that video was on the way to the beer store the beer wasn't consumed till after I got my turn driving it back to the garage.

    It was fun beer run. but it is the first time I have ever traded a runner for a non runner. Thanks for all the help on Juniors truck, you keep us motivated. I hope you and the kids get years of fun out of the little T. I expect to see it in a lot of parades.

    My father gave me one of those for my 15th birthday. I was very disappointed, I was supposed to get the real thing. He promised my brothers and myself that if we worked in the tire business with him he would buy us our first car. Most of the time if I wasn't in school I was loading tires in or out of trucks, boxcars or making deliveries to recappers.
