London hot rod, HAMB member?

We were sitting in some slow traffic near Heathrow Airport in London after arriving from the US when we spotted a neat car going by on a trailer. Any chance it belongs to someone on here? About a mile down the road we spotted a 40 Ford coupe but could've get a picture.

 

Its the NSRA ( uk ) supernats this weekend so could have been on there way to that

Oh goodie, now I've got something to do this weekend - head up the A1

 

Maybe he hopes to sell it and needs a ride home.

If you have a rule there will always be reasons for exceptions.

 

I know this car and its owner, it runs a warmed over Model A banger motor and 4.11 gears, they've been working on getting it running all week to get it ready for 'Carfest' a charity event hosted by a Ferrari loving UK celebrity DJ called Chris Evans.

Its unlikely he would have driven it there anyway as its still to prove its reliability.

46international, you are quick to mouth off. you think it might be difficult to drive something like that in the UK (or across different countries and bring your tent and other supplies to a long distance show. At most of the european shows the guys camp, try driving something that small packed with a weekends worth of supplies..
