any HAMBers from Wichita Kansas?

Because I saw this car on the bay;
Ford : Model A coupe in Ford | eBay Motors

Listing says the car is in Wichata Kansas and the guys got 0 feedback. I was wondering if anybody knew the guy or the car? I'm tempted but I've seen the scams before. Thoughts? To good to be true?

Am from Wichita, Ks. Looks pretty rough for the price, I know I sure wouldnt buy it. Doubt its a scam, but if you need any help, gimme a holler. Dunno the guy.
