American Graffiti is playing at Belmar Theater in Lakewood, CO on Wednesday at 7. Great reason to bring some cars out and set up an impromptu meet and greet.
I'm gonna toss a bit of self promotion into this thread, I hope you guys don't mind. . . . . . my latest film "This is Long Beach" will be playing The Oriental Theater (4335 W. 44th Avenue, Denver, CO) on August 13th at 8:00pm. The film is a documentary that follow the Cavaliers C.C. out of Long Beach: "Hot rod historian Brian Darwas shadows three generations of custom car & hot rod aficionados, The Long Beach Cavaliers in his latest documentary film, This Is Long Beach. Each generation, from the 1940's to present, recounts detailed memories and pays homage to the cars that bonded them in a lifelong brotherhood all while chopping a 1947 Ford in Brad Masterson's Kustom's car shop in historic Lynwood, California." I'll be in town to introduce the film, and talk about cars and other random nonsense. I hope to see some of you there. https://www.facebook.com/events/604334236278703 http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=820448

Great lot around the corner for everyone to park their rod, and how effing cool would it be watching AG on the big screen!!!?? I mean, I'm way too young to have seen it before, see it again, see it for the first time, just have a hell of a lotta fun for me!
Man, I'd love to see it on the big screen, I am on the other side of town, by the time I made it through traffic and got there the movie would be half over!
Missed a good one. It was awesome on the big screen. Hopefully we will see you at the Oriental for the screening.
It's August 13th. . . must have made a typo. I'll fix it as soon I get to a computer. Typing on these little phones with these long fingers is hard. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
